Product Introduction

     High-strength milling machine is one of Raymond's milling machine series products. High-strength milling is suitable for crushing barite, limestone, ceramics, slag and other Mohs hardness is not more than 9.3, and humidity is below 6%. Non-flammable and explosive mining, metallurgy, chemical, building materials and other industries of more than 280 materials for high-precision milling processing, the final product size is adjusted in the range of 80-425 mesh (up to 1000 mesh). The special device added in the machine can produce coarse powder of 30-80 mesh.

    In the high-strength grinding machine, a high-pressure spring with a pressure of 1000-1500 kg is fastened on the grinding roller hanger. After starting work, the grinding roller rotates around the main shaft and rolls against the grinding ring under the action of high-pressure spring and centrifugal force. The pressure is 1.2 times higher than the Raymond mill under the same dynamic conditions, so the output is greatly increased. After the material to be ground enters the grinding chamber, it is lifted by a shovel blade and sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for rolling. After the rolling, the powder is taken into the analysis machine by the circulating wind of the drum machine, and the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone with the air flow The powder collector is the finished product, and the large-grain materials fall back to the grinding. The circulating wind returns to the blower and repeats the above process, and the remaining wind enters the bag filter for purification. When the wear of the grinding roller and the ring reaches a certain level, adjust the length of the high pressure spring to maintain a constant rolling pressure between the grinding roller and the ring. So as to ensure a stable output.
